Monica Bilak serves as the Executive Director of Sprocket Innovation, where she leads initiatives to foster the digital economy in West Kentucky. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Monica is a strong advocate for SkillRise 270, believing it's a vital opportunity for Graves and neighboring counties to build skills and expertise.

Her extensive background includes a focus on educational initiatives, digital strategy, and nurturing tech-enabled businesses. She has held strategic roles at UnitedHealth Group, Paducah Independent Schools, and engaged in international humanitarian work with Project Aids Orphan in Kenya.

Monica holds a Master's in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design. She is committed to driving social impact through innovation and aims to help SkillRise 270 become a powerhouse for regional collaboration and connecting talent with opportunity.
