Kelli Elliott
Kelli Elliott, the current Graves County Jailer, brings over two decades of experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system to the SkillRise 270 board. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murray State University. Her extensive career includes roles at a community mental health agency, private substance abuse clinics, the Kentucky State Department of Corrections, and various area jails. She also has a background in education, having taught psychology at Mid-Continent University, Southern New Hampshire University, and Summit University.
She is deeply passionate about rehabilitation and ensuring that inmates are given opportunities to increase their life skills through programs focused on cognitive restructuring, GED attainment, job skills, and community resource navigation.
Kelli hopes that SkillRise 270 will provide citizens and those seeking to better themselves with the chance to learn new skills for their professional and personal futures. Her dedication to both the justice system and community well-being makes her a valuable asset to the SkillRise 270 board.
