Joel Crider

A lifelong resident of Mayfield and Graves County, Joel Crider brings a wealth of experience in the trades and community development to the SkillRise 270 advisory board. Joel is a retired electricity instructor from the Mayfield/Graves County ATC, where he taught for 26 years. He continues to share his expertise as an electrical inspector and through his own continuing education business for the construction trades.
His commitment to workforce development extends to his role as the workforce coordinator for the Associated General Contractors of Western Kentucky. Joel also serves his community as the treasurer for the non-profit disaster relief organization, Bread of Life, and as an elder with the Seven Oaks Church of Christ.
Joel's personal mission is the same for every endeavor he is involved with, including SkillRise 270: to make this area a place where young people want to raise their families by providing them with the opportunities to make their lives better.
